Upon completing your purchase you will be immediately provided a download link to your product(s). You will also be emailed a link to your download(s). If you don't receive your downloads, wait 15 minutes. You may also want to check your email spam folder. If you still haven't received your purchase, please contact us.

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received immediately following your purchase.

While you may browse and purchase from any version of our site, please be aware that the majority of our products are delivered as compressed ZIP files or PDFs. That means you'll need to extract a ZIP file to get to your actual files. While this is easy on a desktop/laptop, it can be tricky on mobile, and may require an app to work. So yes, you can download your purchases on a mobile device, but we don't necessarily recommend it.

If you lose your link and need a new one within 20 days of your purchase, just contact us. After that point, it is our policy not to provide new download links. We suggest that you backup your files in the cloud or on an external device for safety.

Due to the digital nature of our products, the Mind Over Crystal Shop is not able to accept returns. All sales are final.

Digital planning merges the open-ended creativity of paper with the convenience of the digital world. Your digital planner will be delivered to you as a file that can be imported into any PDF markup app. Essentially, you can think of it as the "next generation" paper planner - a digital version that has been created specifically for use on a tablet device within a PDF markup app such as GoodNotes, Noteability, or. Noteshelf.

To use a digital planners/notebook you will need: 1. Tablet device 2. A stylus or Apple Pencil 3. PDF markup/annotation app (e.g. Goodnotes, Notability, Xodo, Noteshelf) You CAN use these files on a PC in the Xodo app or on a Mac computer in the GoodNotes 5 app. However, I recommend using my digital planners and notebooks primary on a tablet device with a stylus. This will give you an experience that is most similar to pen and paper and really maximizes the benefits of using this type of planner.

Before you import the journal, you need to have the Goodnotes, Noteability, or Noteshelf app already installed into your device (iPad, Phone, Computer). Open the Goodnotes/Noteability/Noteshelf app on your device. Choose a category where you want to save the file. Tap the "+" button in the library on the top left corner. Select Import. Locate where you saved the file. (ICloud Drive, Files, Google Drive, ect.) Tap on the file. It will take a few seconds to load, and your journal is ready to use!

Printing is simple! Here are three ways to print our art prints: -Print at home using good quality card stock or art paper. Use Matte, or Gloss photo paper (for best quality) and/or heavy weight paper. -Print at your local copy/print shop. -Upload to an online print shop such as Staples, Office Max, ect.
